About Guatemala Outreach

Global Outreach Ministries’ current work in Guatemala is carried out through four ministry partners.

  • This program identifies emerging young leaders from disadvantaged indigenous villages and inspires them through servant leadership, Christian teaching, and formal education—equipping them to become tomorrow’s leaders. Their vision is to disciple and train a new generation of disciples, missionaries, and ministers faithful to God’s Word, ready to serve wherever He calls. They believe God is raising up Guatemalans and other Latin Americans to be sent overseas as missionaries. Recent initiatives include completing a hospitality house for up to 35 guests, developing aquaponics technologies, and training people in organic farming. Partnering with ministries in Guatemala and El Salvador, they teach communities how to build and maintain aquaponic systems as a means of achieving food sustainability.

  • This ministry reflects the glory of God in Guatemala through ten dynamic, nationally led, long-term programs. These focus on education, health, nutrition, community development, leadership development, mobility access, vocational training, short-term missions, appropriate technology, and spiritual formation—all with the aim of raising up followers of Jesus Christ.

  • Mission Impact seeks to make disciples and reflect God’s glory through education, health, nutrition, community development, appropriate technology, pastoral training, and spiritual formation.

  • Providing “soul-centered” healthcare for all nations, led by Dr. Mike Soderling, this ministry integrates physical care with spiritual support.
