A monthly meet-up for the CrossFit Saved community
BREAKFAST WITH THE OLD GUYS
Why We Meet
CrossFit Saved isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a community. John Schaefer and his fellow “Old Guy,” Dan Bach, noticed how conversations between sets often turn into real friendship, encouragement, and practical help. Breakfast with the Old Guys is our way to strengthen that community outside the gym: slow down, share a meal, and get to know the people you sweat alongside.
Who It’s For
Despite the name, everyone at CFS is welcome—men and women, Rx or scaled, new members and ten-year veterans. If you value connection and want to put names to faces, pull up a chair.
Why the Name?
“Old Guys” is tongue-in-cheek. It honors experience, grit, and the idea that strong communities make stronger athletes—at any age.
See you at breakfast.
